This exam is strictly for individual's currently enrolled in the Basic Peace Officer Course (#1000643), or Jailers enrolled in the 2018 Basic County Corrections Course (1120).
Students are responsible for understanding and adhering to all Commission rules. Students are responsible for understanding and adhering to all Commission rules. The objective of Chapter 33 of the BPOC course is to teach the student how to search and find answers to specific rule related questions by using a copy of the rules to take the exam in an open book format. The exam itself is generally not license specific however, there are a few questions that will be found in the sections related to a peace officer, jailer, or the telecommunicator license. The student must successfully complete this exam with a score of 100% prior to attempting the licensing exam. This online exam may be taken multiple times to achieve the passing score. Remember….this is an open book exam, so use the attached rules to find the answers to the exam questions.
